Check Your Windows Version:

Search "RUN" in your task bar or press the "Windows Key" and "R"
Type ‘winver’ and press ‘OK’
A window will show up showing the main version of Windows you are on (such as Windows 10), followed by the version and build details
Make sure your windows version is compatible with the software your running.
