Step 1: Anti Virus

Step 1:

• Open "Windows Security"

• Open Virus and threat protection and click "Manage Settings"

• Turn off EVERYTHING in this section

Step 2:

• Open Firewall & Network Protection.

• Disable Domain, Private, Public Network.

Step 3:

• Open "Apps & Browser Control"

• Disable everything in this section

Step 4:

• Install dControl to disable "Windows Defender"
